The Tool Library
The Tool Library is an extensive collection of Jewelry Making Tools that may be “checked out” by approved instructors for use by teachers/students in workshops.
This program is in its infancy, but we already have 100’s of tools available to be checked out at no charge. As the program matures, we will be adding more and more items to the Library. If there is something that you would like to have added to the Library, we are open to requests.
The only cost to the teacher is that they must pay for shipping in both directions. If we are driving to the event in which you need the tools (i.e. Tucson, Glass Craft Bead Expo, Bead & Button, Bead Fest or others), we will deliver them and pick them up at no charge.
We are talking quality tools from companies like:
- Rolling Mill Resources
- Knew Concepts
- And More
Some of the Items already in the program are:
- Chainmaille Pliers
- Bail Making Pliers
- Nylon Hammers
- Metal Forming Hammers
- Dapping Blocks
- Rolling Mills
- Guillotine Shear
- Disc Cutters
If you are interested in taking advantage of the use of these FREE tools, the first step is to apply for a “Library Card”. After you get your Library Card, you can start checking out tools. Tools are available on a first come first serve basis and can only be checked out for periods (excluding transit time) not to exceed 2 weeks.
If you are interested in getting your (no fee) “Tool Library Card”, please download and fill out the Library Card Application then email it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
