Xuron LX Micro Shear Flush CutterLX Series shears are premium grade Micro-Shear flush cutters offering added capacity and durability over our standard series. Their high carbon steel blades are precision ground to ultra sharp cutting edges. LX Series Micro-Shear flush cutters receive a unique, state of the art heat treating process for a Rockwell hardness of 57-59 C. The result is a tough, precise, durable flush cutter capable of reliably and economically cutting Dumet and Kovar leads. Shears feature ergonomically shaped, non-slip Xuro-Rubber grips, a glare resistant bright finish and our patented, lifetime warranted, Light Touch return spring. LX Series shears are optionally available with static control (AS) grips.Our patented Micro-Shear cutting action combined with precision ground cutting edges, extra tough high carbon steel blades, an ultra slim profile for access in high density areas and the same enhanced ergonomic shape as our original LX-81. 4” overall size for smaller hands and maximum maneuverability. Flush cuts soft wire up to 18 AWG (1.0mm).
