Micro-Tools reached out an refunded the cost of the blocks - not shipping. I am satisfied with this, although I still need to order the correct size on another site and have two blocks that I will not be using.

Received my two dapping blacks today and the large depression is NOT 4".
I specifically purchased two of these due to the size listed. They are now useless to me.
I contacted support and did not receive an answer.
