Low optical quality

The optical quality of this item is so low that I will not be able to use it for anything. I thought of giving it to a child, but I'm afraid it would make them hate science. It's a nice size, and the lenses flip out nicely. Price is very attractive. Everything about it is fine, except you just can't see anything with it due to burbley distortion. Other items I've bought from this vendor are great.
